Membuat bolu yang lembut dan terhindar dari keras tidaklah sulit. Selain itu cara membuatnya sebenarnya cukup mudah bahkan tidak menghabiskan waktu yang lama. Anda dapat membuatnya pada saat waktu senggang anda atau saat sebelum acar kumpul keluarga. Bolu juga dapat dinikmati saat pagi atau sore hari. Bahan yang diperlukan untuk bolu kukus pandan
  • Tepung terigu 250 gram
  • Gula pasir 250 gram
  • Telur 4 butir
  • Cake emulsifier 1 sendok teh
  • Bubuk coklat 1 sendok makan
  • Santan kental 200 ml
  • Vanili 2 bungkus
  • Pasta atau pewarna makanan rasa pandan secukupnya

Setelah bahan-bahan siap, siapkan alat-alat yang diperlukan untuk pembuatan bolu kukus ini seperti panci atau dandang dan loyang bolu. 

Langkah Membuat Bolu Kukus Pandan Dengan Sederhana :
  1. Campurkan gula, telur, cake emulsifier, dan vanili. Kemudian kocok hingga menjadi satu dan rata.
  2. Masukkan santan kental secara perlahan-lahan. Kemudian kocok hingga mengembang atau dapat menggunakan mixer agar lebih mudah mengembang.
  3. Masukkan terigu dan aduk sampai merata.
  4. Ambil adonan sedikit kira-kira 3 atau 4 sendok teh dan pisahkan. Adonan sedikit yang dipisahkan dicampur dengan coklat bubuk.
  5. Masukkan pewarna makanan atau pasta pandan kedalam adonan.
  6. Loyang yang telah disiapkan sebaiknya tidak hanya diolesi margarin tetapi juga ditaburi terigu secara merata. Kemudian masukkan adonan kedalam loyang.
  7. Masukkan adonan sedikit yang telah dicampur dengan coklat bubuk diatas adonan sebelumnya, buatlah pola sesuai dengan kreatifitas agar menambah cantik penampilan bolu kukus.
  8. Sebelum dikukus, panaskanlah panci terlebih dahulu.
  9. Kukus adonan dalam loyang selama kira-kira 15 menit.
  10. Bolu kukus rasa pandan siap dihidangkan untuk keluarga.
