  7. Masukkan adonan kedalam loyang dan masukkan kedalam oven selama kurang lebih 60 menit. Untuk meyakinkan sudah matang atau belum, dapat dites dengan menggunakan garpu. Apabila adonan masih lengkat, berarti kue bolu karamel belum matang.
  8. Setelah matang, angkat kue bolu dari oven dan iris menjadi beberapa potongan.
  9. Kue bolu karamel dengan bumbu gula merah siap dihidangkan.
