     minyak goreng secukupnya
     1 unting daun selada
     6 buah sosis

Cara membuat Rollstick Chikcken Yang Mudah Dan Lezat :

  1. Langkah pertama tumbuklah bawang putih, merica dan garam secara bersamaan. 
  2. Kemudian baluti daging ayam dengan bumbu yang telah dihaluskan tersebut,aduk rata dan agak ditekan agar bumbunya meresap.  
  3. Untuk isinya , bungkus sosis dengan daun selada lalu sisihkan 
  4. Setelah meresap pipihkan daging ayam lalu masukkan sosis yang sudah di bungkus selada ke dalamnya. 
  5. Kocoklah telur terlebih kemudian gulingkan daging ke dalam tepung terigu, telur yang dikocok, dan yang terakhir gulingkan ke tepung panir. 
  6. Panaskan minyak, lalu gorenglah hingga berwarna kuning kecoklatan. 
  7. Setelah matang angakat lalu tiriskan , dan siap disajikan.
