  • 150 gram tepung terigu
  • 150 gram gula pasir

Cara membuat kue pukis pandan
  1. Pertama yang harus kita lakukan adalah campurkan 150 gram gula pasir dengan 2 butir telur, kemudian mixer hingga kental dan mengembang.
  2. Langkah resep kue pukis pandan selanjutnya adalah masukkan sedikit demi sedikit 150 gram tepung terigu, 3 sdm margarin dan 1 sendok teh ragi instant sambil terus di mixer hingga tercampur dengan sempurna.
  3. Masukkan santan sambil terus diaduk dengan mixer, barulah masukkan pasta pandan dan perasan air daun suji ke dalamnya. Warna hijau akan langsung terlihat setelah ditambahkan dengan daun suji dan pasta pandan tersebut.
  4. Setelah adonan tercampur rata menggunakan mixer, matikan mixer dan siapkan cetakan pukis. Lumuri cetakan pukis ini dengan margarin agar adonan tidak lengket kemudian panaskan. Setelah cetakan panas baru masukkan adonan kue pukis tersebut kedalam cetakan. Jangan sampai penuh karena pukis akan mengembang, beri topping diatasnya dan tutup. Tunggu beberapa menit, dan cek kematangan bagian dalam pukis dengan tusuk gigi. Ketika telah matang sempurna angkat dan sajikan.
