Bahan Bahan Yang Dibutuhkan
  • 500 gram tepung terigu kualitas bagus
  • 300 gram gula pasir halus
  • Bubuk coklat sesuai selera (jika anda suka rasa coklat yang kental maka anda bisa gunakan lebih banyak)
  • 200 gram mentega
  • 1 sendok teh baking powder
  • Garam secukupnya
  • 12 butir telur
  • 4 sendok makan susu coklat

Cara Membuat Bolu Coklat

Resep bolu coklat ini akan sempurna jika anda menggunakan coklat dengan kualitas yang baik. Anda jangan menggunakan coklat yang ada di pasaran karena umumnya memiliki kualitas rendah. Merek coklat yang bisa anda gunakan adalah delfi atau nestle. Memang si harga coklat kedua merek tersebut cukup mahal tetapi anda akan merasakan rasa coklat yang sesungguhnya. Agar anda semakin paham cara membuat bolu coklat maka ikuti langkah berikut ini.
  1. Panaskan mentega yang sudah anda siapkan dan biarkan hingga meleleh. Jika sudah meleleh maka biarkan hingga dingin
  2. Siapkan wadah dengan ukuran yang cukup besar dan masukkan tepung terigu dengan gula secara bersamaan. Aduk manual kedua bahan tersebut hingga tercampur dengan baik.
  3. Masukkan telur kedalam wadah dan mulailah mixer dengan kecepatan sedang
  4. Setelah itu anda bisa memasukkan baking powder dan garam
  5. Mixer kembali adonan dengan kecepatan tinggi agar adonan terlihat mengembang dengan baik
  6. Jika sudah terlihat mengembang maka anda bisa memasukkan bubuk coklat sesuai selera
  7. Siapkan loyang yang sudah anda beri tepung dan olesan mentega
  8. Masukkan adonan kedalam loyang
  9. Panaskan oven ke suhu 180 celcius dan oven selama 30 menit
  10. Angkat dari oven dan dinginkan
  11. Potong sesuai selera
