  • 150 gram tepung terigu
  • 100 gram gula pasir
  • 2 butir telur
  • 100 ml susu cair (susu ultra)
  • 1 paket 6 buah pasta rainbow golden brown
  • 1 sendok teh baking powder
  • Meses untuk taburan secukupnya

Cara Membuat Kue Cubit Rainbow Enak Sederhana :

  1. Masukkan beberapa bahan seperti tepung terigu, gula pasir, telur, dan baking powder ke dalam wadah yang telah disiapkan sebelumnya. Setelah itu campur dan aduk dengan menggunakan mixer. Alternatif selain mixer yaitu dapat menggunakan sendok kayu. Pastikan bahwa adonan tercampur dan teksturnya menjadi halus.
  2. Tambahkan susu kedalam adonan secara sedikit demi sedikit, jika sudah maka aduk kembali hingga merata dan hingga tekstur adonan menjadi licin.
  3. Sediakan wadah 6 mangkuk atau sesuai selera kemudian teteskan pasta golden brown sebanyak 3 tetes ke dalam wadah tersebut. Jika sudah maka campurkan dengan menggunakan adonan kue cubit sebanyak 2 sendok sayur lalu aduk hingga adonan dalam mangkuk tercampur rata. Kemudian diamkan selama kurang lebih 15 menit.
  4. Panaskan cetakan kue yang telah disediakan lalu beri olesan margarin pada cetakan kue tersebut. Jika sudah maka tuangkan adonan kue sebanyak ¾ dari ukuran tinggi cetakan. Masak kue dengan menggunakan api kecil lalu tutup cetakan agar uap panasnya tidak menyebar kemana mana.
  5. Jika kue cubit sudah setengah matang maka beri tambahan taburan meses di atasnya dan setelah itu tutup dan tunggu kembali hingga kue sudah mengembang dan sudah empuk.
  6. Setelah matang maka kue cubit rainbow lezat dapat langsung disantap.
