Cara Membuat Kue Cubit Abang-abang :

  1. Siapkan wadah whisker dan masukkan bahan telur serta gula ke dalamnya, setelah itu aduk hingga merata dengan menggunakan whisker.
  2. Masukkan tepung terigu dan tambahkan juga mentega ke dalam wadah whisker lalu aduk kembali hingga merata.
  3. Tambahkan baking powder, vanili bubuk, dan soda kue ke dalam adonan kemudian aduk kembali hingga merata.
  4. Jika adonan sudah jadi maka dapat dipindahkan ke dalam wadah bercorong atau teko untuk mempermudah proses memasukkan adonan ke dalam cetakan kue cubit.
  5. Siapkan dan panaskan wajan dengan api berukuran sedang kemudian letakkan cetakan kue diatasnya dan adonan kue dapat langsung dituangkan secara perlahan yaitu dengan takaran ½ dari ukuran tinggi cetakan kue. Adonan tidak diberikan secara penuh pada cetakan kue sebab adonan ini nantinya akan mengembang dan memenuhi cetakan.
  6. Panggang adonan hingga matang dan hingga kue terlihat kecoklatan.
  7. Jika kue sudah matang maka angkat dan beri pelengkap topping coklat sesuai selera.
  8. Kue cubit abang abang siap untuk disantap.
