  • 300 gram tepung terigu (akan lebih baik jika diayak terlebih dahulu)
  • 100 gram tepung maizena
  • 650 gram gula pasir
  • 2 sendok teh soda kue
  • 300 gram mentega
  • 400 mili susu kental manis
  • 600 mili air panas
  • 12 telur ayam

Cara membuat Bolu Kukus Karamel

Hal pertama yang harus anda lakukan dalam resep bolu karamel adalah memasak gula diatas wajan. Jangan gunakan api besar tetapi anda cukup menggunakan api kecil. Jika anda menggunakan api besar maka akan membuat hasilnya gosong dan gula tidak menjadi karamel dengan baik. Tetapi jika anda menggunakan api sedang gula akan meleleh dengan sempurna.   1. Selanjutnya anda siapkan wadah dan masukan mentega yang sudah anda siapkan campur mentega tersebut dengan gula dan juga susu kental manis. Mixer hingga benar benar merata

  3. Masukkan karamel yang sudah anda buat kedalam adonan. Mixer hingga merata kurang lebih 5 menit
  4. Siapkan tempat untuk mengukus adonan
  5. Loyang yang akan digunakan harus diberi tepung terlebih dahulu agar hasilnya tidak lengket
  6. Masukkan adonan kedalam loyang dan kukus selama 50 menit
  7. Bau harum itu sebuah pertanda jika bolu sudah matang
  8. Angkat bolu dari panci kukus
  9. Diamkan agar dingin
  10. Potong sesuai selera
