  • 300 gram tepung terigu yang sudah diayak
  • 100 gram korsvet

Cara Membuat Pisang Bolen Enak Mudah dan Sederhana
  1. Siapkan wadah
  2. Masukkan susu, tepung, gula dan juga baking powder kedalam wadah
  3. Aduk semua bahan yang ada diwadah hingga benar benar merata
  4. Tambahkan air es, mentega dan telur kedalam wadah dan aduk merata secara manual. Pastikan anda menganduknya dengan baik hingga kalis
  5. Bentuk adonan sesuai selera anda dan biarkan selama satu jam
  6. Jika adonan sudah mengembang maka segera pipihkan adonan dan beri mentega secukupnya
  7. Lipat adonan tersebut dan masukkan kedalam lemari pendingin selama 3 jam
  8. Ambil adonan dari lemari pendingin dan masukkan isian pisang, coklat, atau keju kedalam adonan tersebut
  9. Lumuri atas adonan dengan campuran mentega dan kuning telur agar waktu matang keliatan mengkilat
  10. Siapkan loyang dan lumuri loyang tersebut dengan mentega
  11. Taruh adonan tadi diatas loyang sambil anda menyiapkan oven
  12. Pastikan suhu oven adalah 160 celcius
  13. Masukkan loyang kedalam oven dan panggang selama 30 menit
  14. Jika kue sudah matang akan tercium bau harum dari oven
  15. Ambil loyang dari oven dan dinginkan kue
