Cara untuk membuat saus keju :
  1. Panaskan mentega ukuran 3 sendok makan
  2. Masukkanlah susu cair dan tepung terigu ukuran 3 sendok makan
  3. Tambahkan garam, merica, dan parutan keju ukuran 500 gr
  4. Matikan api, angkat
  5. Tunggu sampai dingin, kemudian tambahkan telur dan kocok hingga merata.

Cara untuk membuat lasagna Daging Saus Keju Enak Sederhana :
  1. Giling halus daging
  2. Cincang bawang putih dan tomat
  3. Sementara itu didihkan air, masukan lasagna.
  4. Berilah minyak zaitu secukupnya agar tidak lengket.
  5. Angkat lalu tiriskan lasagna
  6. Untuk isinya tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombai sampai berbau harum. Masukkan gilingan daging, masak hingga berubah warna. Masukkan pasta tomat dan kemudian rebusan tomat. Tambahkan bumbu yaitu merica, garam dan kaldu. Aduk hingga kuah mengering. Masukanlah basil dan juga oregano.
  7. Oleskan cetakan dengan mentega. Jejerkan lasagna, tuang sepertiga isinya, ratakan, kemudian kembali jejerkan lasagna diatasnya, tuang isinya, jejer lasagna lagi sampai habis.
  8. Tuangkan saus keju ke dalam cetakan. Taburi parutan keju, panggang sekitar 40 menit.
