Resep Cara Membuat Ikan Bakar Enak Istimewa

Resep Ikan Bakar Sederhana dan Istimewa. Luas laut Indonesia yang tiga kali lebih luas dari daratannya menjadikan negara ini kaya akan hasil laut terutama ikan. Melimpahnya hasil tangkapan ikan laut membuat keberadaannya sangat mudah dijumpai dengan harga yang relatif murah. Selain itu, banyak sekali jenis ikan laut yang dapat dikonsumsi dengan gizi yang tinggi. Salah satu bentuk olahan ikan yang populer adalah ikan bakar. Bagaimana cara membuat ikan bakar yang sederhana tetapi memiliki rasa yang istimewa?. Siimak resep ikan bakar berikut dan bersiaplah merasakan sensasi cita rasa ikan bakar yang belum pernah anda rasakan sebelumnya.
Banyak sekali jenis ikan yang sering digunakan dalam memasak ikan bakar. Namun resep kali ini menggunakan ikan nila sebagai bahan utamanya. Bahan-bahan yang digunakan terdiri dari bahan untuk bumbu ikan dan bahan untuk olesan ikan bakar.
Bahan untuk bumbu ikan terdiri dari :
  • Beberapa ekor ikan nila (sesuai selera)
  • bawang putih 5 siung
  • jahe ± 5 cm
  • kunyit bakar ± 3 cm
  • ketumbar 1 sdt
  • air jeruk nipis 1 sdt
  • garam ½ sdm
  • dan mrica bubuk ½ sdt.
Sedangkan bahan untuk bumbu olesan meliputi
  • kecap manis
  • kecap asin 1 sdt
  • madu 1 sdm
  • margarin cair 2 sdm

Langkah-langkah dalam membuat ikan bakar antara lain:
  1. Haluskan bumbu-bumbu untuk ikan yang terdiri dari bawang putih, ketumbar, mrica bubuk, jahe dan kunyit bakar. Tambahkan pula air jeruk nipis.
  2. Masukkan ikan ke dalam wadah dan tuangkan bumbu halus serta air lalu serta aduk hingga seluruh bagian ikan tercampur bumbu.
  3. Diamkan ikan tersebut di dalam lemari es ± 1 jam agar bumbu benar-benar meresap.
  4. Buat bumbu olesan dengan menyampurkan kecap manis, kecap asin, margarin cair, dan juga madu menjadi satu. Aduk hingga merata.
  5. Siapkan panggangan ataupun pan yang telah diolesi minyak agar tidak lengket lalu panaskan.
  6. Panggang ikan dengan dibolak-balik secara terus menerus sembari mengoleskan bumbu rata di seluruh bagian.
  7. Ketika sudah matang secara keseluruhan, angkat ikan dan sajikan dalam piring saji.
Sajian ikan bakar tersebut akan lebih lengkap apabila diberi irisan tobat, cabe, bawang merah dan juga perasan jeruk lemon.
