Resep Pastel Lezat Mudah dan Praktis

Resep Cara Membuat Pastel Lezat yang Mudah dan Pratis. Gorengan merupakan camilan khas Indonesia yang selalu diburu oleh para pecintanya. Meskipun panganan ini termasuk ke dalam jenis makanan yang tidak sehat atau berlemak, namun tetap saja banyak orang yang menyukai camilan ini.. Kali ini, saya akan berbagi resep salah satu gorengan yang paling diminati, yaitu pastel. Resep pastel kali ini dikemas dengan cara mudah dan lebih hemat waktu sehingga anda tidak perlu repot-repot membeli di luar.
Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan (untuk kulit) pada resep pastel kali ini adalah :
  • 500 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
  • 60 gr margarin
  • 1 btr telur
  • 60 ml air es
  • ½  sdt garam
Bahan-bahan untuk isian pastel adalah :
  • 2 buah wortel
  • 2 buah kentang
  • 1 lembar bihun kering
  • 1sdt gula
  • 1sdt garam
  • ½ sdt merica bubuk
  • 1 siung bawang putih (cincang halus)
  • 100gr ayam (suwir)
  • Air secukupnya
  • Minyak goreng untuk menumis dan menggoreng
pastel gurih sederhana

CARA MEMBUAT PASTEL LEZAT MUDAH DAN PRAKTIS
Cara Membuat Adonan kulit pastel :
  1. Campurkan dan aduk seluruh bahan kulit hingga rata
  2. Uleni hingga menjadi kalis dan diamkan, tutup dengan lap basah selama kurang lebih 45 menit
Cara Membuat adonan isi pastel :
  1. Potong dadu kentang dan wortel yang telah dicuci bersih, sisihkan
  2. Rendam bihun kering dengan air atau rebus hingga layu
  3. Panaskan minyak goreng pada wajan, tumis bawang putih cincang hingga harum, masukkan wortel,ayam dan kentang yang telah dipotong dadu dan sedikit air, masak hingga setengah matang
  4. Masukkan bihun yang telah layu, dan beri bumbu seperti garam, gula dan merica secukupnya, aduk rata sampai air sedikit mengering, angkat dan sisihkan
Setelah proses pembuatan resep pastel ini selesai, langkah selanjutnya adalah pipihkan adonan kulit menggunakan gilasan kayu, cetak dengan bentuk bulat dan isi menggunakan isian pastel. Setelah itu, tutup adonan kulit pastel dengan memilin bagian atas kulit pastel dan goreng dengan minyak panas hingga kecoklatan. Lakukan langkah tersebut berulang kali untuk adonan berikutnya. Pastel gurih dan renyah siap disajikan.
