Resep Kue Kering Kastengel Keju Sederhana

Resep Cara Membuat Kue Kastengel Keju Renyah. Kue kastengel keju adalah yang harus ada saat Lebaran, Natal dan hari – hari besar lainnya. Kue yang satu ini memang menjadi kue yang banyak disukai orang – orang. Apalagi ketika menjelang Lebaran, pasti penjual kue yang satu ini kelarisan. Sehingga banyak para ibu – ibu yang tidak kebagian. Daripada harus membeli dan pada akhirnya tidak kebagian, lebih baik membuat sendiri kue yang satu ini. Jika masih bingung bagaimana cara membuatnya, berikut adalah resep kue kastengel keju.
Bahan bahan yang dibutuhkan, yaitu :
  • Margarin 125 gram
  • Tepung terigu 200 gram
  • Kuning telur 2 gram
  • Tepung maizena 50 gram
  • Keju parut 100 gram
Kemudian ada juga bahan yang digunakan untuk bagian atas kue. Bahan – bahannya, yaitu :
  • Parutan keju secukupnya
  • Kuning telur 1 butir

Itu adalah bahan – bahan dari resep kue kastengel keju. Sekarang tinggal mengetahui cara pembuatannya. Cara – cara pembuatan kue kastengel keju, yaitu :
  1. Hal pertama yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengocok kuning telur dan margarin hingga tercampur rata.
  2. Setelah kuning telur dan margarin tercampur rata, masukkan tepung terigu, tepung maizena dan keju parut. Aduk semua bahan tersebut sampai merata.
  3. Kemudian bentuk adonan menjadi persegi panjang dan letakkan pada loyang yang sudah diolesi mentega.
  4. Setelah itu, panggang ke dalam oven selama kurang lebih 20 menit dengan suhu 180 derajat celcius.
  5. Tunggu sampai berwarna kuning keemasan. Setelah itu keluarkan adonan dan olesi dengan kuning telur serta taburi dengan parutan keju.
  6. Setelah itu masukkan lagi ke dalam oven dan tunggu kurang lebih 15 menit.
  7. Setelah matang, angkat loyang dan dinginkan.
