Resep Martabak Manis Cokelat Keju Spesial Mudah Sederhana. Martabak manis cokelat keju merupakan salah satu makanan yang banyak dikenal dan digemari oleh orang banyak. Apalagi jika malam-malam dan masih hangat sangat pas sekali untuk disantap. Pernahkah anda membeli di pinggir jalan? Nah, mulai sekarang anda dapat membuat sendiri dengan resep martabak manis coklat keju. Anda dapat melakukannya dirumah anda sendiri dan pembuatannya cukup praktis ko. Bahan Yang disediakan  untuk resep martabak manis coklat keju adalah sebagai berikut :
  • Tepung terigu merupakan bahan yang utama dalam pembuatan martabak coklat keju sebanyak 500 gr. Gunakan tepung yang biasa dibuat sebagai bahan kue basah, bukan terigu untuk kueh yang digoreng
  • Telur ayam yang memiliki ukurang kecil 3 butir atau 2 butir dengan ukuran telur yang besar, sebaiknya dikocok terlebih dahulu
  • Margarin sebanyak 1 sendok besar, sebaiknya lelehkan sampai mencair
  • Gula pasir sebanyak 125 gr
  • Air yang matang atau air mineral 600 mililiter
  • Garam dan ragi 1 sendok
  • Pasta vanilla sebanyak ¼ sendok
  • Bahan tambahan yaitu susu kental, keju, cokelat butir, wijen sedikit, kacang, margarin untuk olesan dan gula pasir

CARA MEMBUAT MARTABAK MANIS COKELAT KEJU SPESIAL
  1. Anda harus membuat adonan yang harus digunakan sebagai bahan martabak kue ini adalah modal yang paling utama
  2. ½ kg tepung terigu dalam satu wadah yang dipersiapkan dan campurkan dengan gula pasir, garam dan ragi. Aduklah kemudian campurkan pada semua bahan sampai tercampur dengan lembut dan rata
  3. Masukkan telur kedalam adonan tersebut dan aduklah kembali sampai merata
  4. Masukkan pasta vanilla serta margarin yang telah dicairkan
  5. Air yang masak sedikit demi sedikit sebaiknya campurkan dan tetap diaduk dengan perlahan-lahan, sebaiknya jangan ada gumpalan yang tersisa pada adonan tersebut
  6. Untuk menjadikan adonan tersebut semakin rata sebaiknya gunakan mixer agar dapat dipastikan kelembutannya. Sebaiknya gunakan sampai 5-7 menit
  7. Masukkan baking powder dan aduklah dengan pelan-pelan dengan menggunakan spatula hingga merata. Diamkan adonan tersebut sekitar setengah jam-an. Tutup adonan tersebut agar dapat menghasilkan martabak manis kejunya dan tidak bantet rasanya serta mengembang.
