CARA MEMBUAT DONAT KENTANG SEDERHANA
  1. Tepung tergu, ragi, susu bubuk dan gula pasir campurkan dan aduklah sampai halus agar tercampur dengan rata
  2. Masukkan kentang dalam adonan tersebut dan aduklah sampai merata
  3. Kemudian masukkan telur dan segera tuangkan air ke dalam adonan tersebut. Aduk sampai merata
  4. Tambahkan mentega dan garam pada adonan tersebut agar kalis. Supaya adonan tersebut mengembang dan diamkan selama 15 menit
  5. Jika telah didiamkan. Membentuk adonan, bentuknya seperti donat biasanya. Jika telah selesai kembali lagi diamkan selama 20 menit
  6. Kemudian goreng donat tersebut dengan minyak sampai matang dan berwarna kuning
  7. Agar lebih enak sebaiknya olesi dengan gula halus.
